Continuing on from Zoitsa Homely Produce’s Chicken Ramen Seasoning we introduce to you our Beef Ramen Seasoning.
As glorious as is our Chicken Ramen Seasoning our Beef Ramen Seasoning will blow your minds with incredible flavour. Once again, no meat products have been added into this blend whatsoever, so it is safe for all to enjoy whilst getting that beef flavour.
Our Beef Ramen Seasoning is made is using mustard powder, sweet paprika, dehydrated onion flakes, onion powder, Kashmiri chilli, celery seeds, thyme. cumin, ginger, black pepper and a little bit of salt. It is filled with lots of herbs and spices and is just lush! I prefer to use whole seeds where I can, and I grind everything down at time of making your orders so that everything is a lot fresher.
As mentioned in my previous blog post ramen varies from region to region and there are 4 main types. These 4 types of ramen have to do with or are based on the flavour of the broth. I had spoken a little about Shoyu ramen which means that the broth is flavoured with soy sauce. Then Shio which is clear broth that is heavily seasoned with salt, then we have Miso which is miso based and lastly Tonkotsu which is pork based and is based more so on the cloudiness of the broth. . One is better than the other. For me, they are all wickedly delicious.
Depending on what region of Japan you are from ramen many be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner and man I’m IN! I love ramen any style, any flavour, any meal of the day! I just love it. The warming feeling my tummy gets. Ohh my I’m salivating. Whilst ramen is a meal in itself it is also very common to be eaten after gyoza and tsukemono (Japanese pickles) and that’s how I ate in back in Japan. Korea has a version of ramen called ramyeon and is usually served with kimchi. The Chinese had the original version of ramen which is referred to as lo-mein.
When you purchase not only our Beef Ramen Seasoning but any of our products, I include my home made and delicious recipes for you, and when I say I have a phenomenal Beef Ramen Recipe I mean it! It’s PHENOMENAL!

Our Beef Ramen Seasoning can be used as a marinade by mixing the seasoning with some oil, soy sauce and honey and allowing your beef, chicken or pork to marinate for a bit then cook. It can be added to stir fries, to roasted vegetables, on potato wedges, in home-made burgers, and these are just to name a few!
