Introducing Zoitsa Homely Produces… Garlic & Herb Seasoning
My family and I are HUGE lovers of garlic. There is no dish that I don’t add garlic in some form.
Garlic has an interesting piquant or strong flavour that borders on the spicy side when eaten raw and then nutty and sort of mustard like when cooked. As we all know garlic has a very strong smell and taste when raw and the next days after effects of raw garlic can be vile to everyone around you!
So, I have been playing around in the kitchen trying to come up with a concept for a Garlic and Herb Seasoning. I reckon my 4 weeks of disastrous flops have finally come together when I created this version.
It’s a gorgeous seasoning that will add just enough complexity to your dish. It smells beautiful and the taste is even better. It’s so herbaceous!
Our Garlic & Herb Seasoning is a seasoning that is perfect for everyday cooking! Add a little to your proteins, to pastas, to soups, to stews, to popcorn. I have a tiny bowl of this seasoning sitting on my kitchen bench and I have been using this daily to add to our food.
It has, without a shadow of doubt amped up the taste of our food by tenfold. This can seriously be added to anything! I love to place a teaspoon in some butter and mix it up and then use it for garlic bread butter. My son goes NUTS for it!

As Zoitsa says, whats better than homemade product??
Fresh bread, butter and the garlic herb on top, few minutes in the oven
and the garlic bread is done!!!!! My kids are young so I can control how heavy I want
the flavor on theirs. That is what I love with this seasoning!
