Happy Easter From Zoitsa.com

It’s hard to believe that we are in April! School has finished Term 1, and Easter has arrived.  Where has the time gone?

So, all of us at Zoitsa Homely Produce would like to wish everyone a very Happy Easter, a Happy Ramadan Mubarak, a Happy Passover, a Happy Hanuman Jayanti, a Happy Songkran, a Happy Whatever you are or are not celebrating.

For me personally, it’s a wonderful time of the year.  The weather is getting cooler (which I love), it’s a time for my family’s Easter traditions (even though technically we don’t celebrate Easter until next weekend).  It’s a 4 day weekend and we get the opportunity to spend some quality time with friends and family.

I just love that its one time of the year that I allow myself to overeat and overindulge in chocolate.

It’s also a time to sit back, reflect, exhale, and appreciate what we have around us.  

I really want to thank everyone that has supported this small little venture.  From family to friends to completely unknown people who have jumped onto our socials and website and commented, to joining our mailing list, and to purchasing my products.  I am extremely touched and humbled. 

I cannot thank you enough for your support, your kind words, and your encouragement.  You don’t know how much I needed to hear these kind words.  

I’ve taken a big leap of faith and have put my entire heart and soul into this. I have dealt with self-sabotage, constantly doubting and second guessing myself.  I have felt that I am not “good enough”.  But with each and every like, comment and message it has reminded me that I’m on the right path and you guys like my stuff!

My goal in life is to make good, quality, organic, healthy products.  To show the world that healthy food can taste bloody marvellous with the right seasoning.   That cooking food is a lot of fun and quite simple.  You just need the right ingredients and seasonings.  

So, I hope that everyone has a glorious long weekend.  I hope everyone will be resting and taking it easy and eating like there is no tomorrow.
