Let’s put this out there…I have had countless of emails and direct messages from you my customers asking why our postage fees were so high.
I think I need to break things down and explain why. Our Australia Post, God bless their cotton socks (insert sarcasm) have continuously increased their prices. It’s become an absolute joke and I understand why small businesses around Australia are suffering and most likely some of them are collapsing due to the astronomical price of not just postage but of everything.
Two weeks ago, I posted a lovely lady her goods. She had ordered 2 pouches at 50 grams. So, lets add that up. Our 50 gram pouches cost YOU $10.00 each. Her order came to $20.00 add the postage and it came to $30.00. In essence this lovely customer could have purchased 3 items.
I make my goods because I love this. I love making my blends. This is my calling in life, and it is my passion. Ultimately, I feel like Australia Post is taking the piss out of me, and out of you, my customers.
I have spent the last few weeks researching different postage/courier services for a significant lesser amount the only downfall is that you may get your delivery 3-5 days later as opposed to 2-3 days later. So, I’ve bitten the bullet and made the decision that I will no longer use Australia Post.
To celebrate I am giving you free postage for a limited time. Yep, FREE POSTAGE. I will wear the costs to make my customers happy. So, jump onto our website and order as much as you like whilst this offer is available.
