Zoitsa Homely Produces version of Butter Chicken Spice Mix is loaded with cinnamon, smoked paprika, coriander seeds, cardamon, cumin, ground ginger, turmeric, cayenne pepper and the magical ingredient Zoitsa Homely Produce’s Garam Masala. It is milled to this dust consistency and its delicious.

I wanted to make a spice mix to make my life easier when cooking. I knew that if I could make the mix pre-blended and pre-made, I could just grab my stash and cook dinner so much faster. As much as I love cooking there are times when I just want to cook something quick, delicious, and preservative free as I can.

I’ve tasted and I have used Butter Chicken sauces that you find at the supermarket that are in jars and they were ok… I just felt that there were lacking in flavour, and I guess the word is a tad lacklustre. I want OOMPH in my food. I want flavour that hits you.
