Our Crazy Salt is salty, peppery, garlicky and the heavenly flowering taste of sage just blossoms through. It is so tantalizing and as whacky as this sounds…it actually tastes fresh. The aroma is simply amazing.
Sprinkle it on anything from meats to vegetables to sauces, to popcorn and my all-time favourite – on eggs! Even more so when added to scrambled eggs. On salmon, on tofu (YELP! Just divine) On chicken, in salads, it is astonishing sprinkled on top of a home-made pumpkin soup. It will awaken your dish with just a sprinkling.
Personally, I believe our version tastes a billion times better than the store bought stuff (sorry goes out to the creator of the original Krazy Mixed Up Salt – Ms Jane Semans).
