I don’t like using chicken stock that is in UHT containers. The thought if it makes me gag, because in my over analytical brain I constantly think…. how long has that liquid just been sitting in there? I try and run my home with less packaging, less boxes, less rubbish. I am passionate about my footprint and more so about reducing my environmental footprint. I’m also passionate about running a wasteless kitchen and home, but enough about me.

Our stock powder is a great way to get that “chicken flavour” into your dishes in a completely natural vegan way. It’s a super tasty versatile seasoning that adds tons and tons of flavour to noodles, meats, soups, stews, casseroles, mock/faux meats, stir fries and the list goes on and on and on.

I no longer buy store bought chicken stock and I use this in all my cooking.
