Our Spicy Cajun Rub is one that I have used for a good 10 years. It’s come out of my archives. It’s smoky, savoury, aromatic, peppery, slightly spicy, and full bodied.
Our Spicy Cajun Rub is all natural and free from any nasties and chemicals. It’s extremely versatile (like a lot of our products). I like to make blends that have more than one purpose. Nothing irritates me more than buying a blend and only having one use for it. So having said that our Spicy Cajun Rub can be used as a dry rub, made into a paste by adding some olive oil (1 tablespoon of rub to 2 tablespoons of olive oil), sprinkle some in dips (to die for in Hummus), a sprinkling on eggs, potatoes, vegetables, chicken, meats, seafood, tofu, pasta…. just to give you a few suggestions.
